At Avon by Tima, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare products
- Products without original packaging or seals
- Gift sets with broken seals
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at the details below.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
